Group Rates: Rates are based on minimum group of 45 people. Smaller groups will be accepted provided Tour Operator is able to combine 2 or more groups to make a full bus.

Large Groups: Rates are based on groups of 45 or more people. Add $15.00 per person for reservations of less than 45 people. For groups Less than 35 people Add $25.00 per person.

Individual rate: Individuals will be accepted all the time. Small groups of less than 10 people. All quotes in this brochure are based On 2 or more people. There is an additional charge of $15.00 per person for reservations less than 10 people.

Time And Place of Departure: Large groups (minimum of 45 people) time and location of your choice (after 4:00 p.m.). Small groups: Approximately 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. from a location mutually convenient to groups sharing a bus. Additional charge for the following departure points: (minimum of 25 people)

Add $10.00 per person for departures from : Staten Island, Suffolk County east of Melville and Middlesex, Monmouth, Somerset and Warren Counties, New Jersey.

For tours to the Catskills, Gore Mountain, Lake Placid, and Vermont add additional $10.00 per person for departures from Connecticut.

Condominium Lodging: PLUS $100 refundable security and damage deposit. NOTE: refundable security deposit of $100 per person is required. This deposit will be used to pay for any property damage and security fee incurred by members sharing a unit. Security deposit less any security fee and damage charges will be refunded within four weeks after departure.

Reservation Procedure and Payment: Call as soon as possible to reserve space on the trip of your choice. Popular weekends sell out early. A deposit of $100 per person is required approximately ten to twelve weeks before departure. The balance of payment is due three weeks prior to departure. There is an additional charge of $15.00 per person for balances received late.

Insurance: Optional trip cancellation, accident, health and baggage insurance is available to protect participants against unforeseen circumstances. Upon request Ski Time Tours will provide information and rates.

Gratuities: GUIDE TO BETTER TIPPING (UP-FRONT TIPPING GIVE UPON BUS ARRIVAL). For High School Tour Guide $15.00 and for adults $8 per person. BECAUSE YOU USE THEIR SERVICES EXTENSIVELY AND GRATUITIES ARE NOT INCLUDED.

Cancellation Policy: Deposits and costs of Bus seat are not refundable; however, substitutions will be accepted. Four (4) weeks prior to departure, cancellations, forfeit deposit and cost of bus seat plus pro-rated share of room occupancy charge, and balance will be credited to future trip. Absolutely no credit if notice is received within Seven (7) days prior to departure or if you miss the bus. (Substitutions suggested)

Responsibility: Tour Operator, Ski Time Tours, Inc. acts solely as agent for the passenger and assumes no responsibility beyond making initial arrangements for hotel and transportation facilities. Tour Operator reserves the right to change any arrangements should conditions necessitate offering substitutes of comparable value, or to cancel the operation of any scheduled tour. Passengers acknowledge that there are inherent risks in skiing and other winter sports and accordingly agree not to hold tour operator liable for injury, loss or damage to persons or property arising there from. In addition, tour operator cannot be held responsible for lack of snow or non-operation of lifts at ski areas, for closure of access routes to or from resorts due to snow or weather conditions. Similarly, they are not to be held responsible for late arrival or passengers at destinations due to bad weather or road conditions, or for other reasons beyond their control. nor are they to be held liable for payment of any refunds for unused hotel accommodations or meals occasioned by such late arrival or for any additional expenses or consequences arising there from. Care and custody of persons and property shall at all times be that of the passengers. Tour Operator expressly reserves the right to withdraw any tour or to make any change in the tour, and/or destinations. All prices quoted in this brochure are subject to change without notice. Tour Operator assumes no responsibility for loss or damage to baggage, personal ski equipment or other personal property. Persons renting skis, boots, and poles use same at their own risk and assume any and all liability for personal injury or property damage resulting from said use. Passengers shall be responsible for loss and stolen equipment while in their custody. Tour Operator reserves the right to decline to retain any person(s) on its tour due to property damage, or offensive behavior.
